In today’s conditions, it is expected that managers from various disciplines such as business, engineering, and law can follow scientific developments and use the theoretical knowledge they have learned to solve educational problems without disrupting their professional lives.

This program aims to train entrepreneurial, dynamic, and analytical managers who know how to adapt to and thrive in the constantly evolving and changing market conditions.

The curriculum, based on current theories and practices, is designed to cultivate professional managers who can communicate effectively, possess personal skills, and strive for continuous improvement with a sense of social responsibility.

Participants in the program will take fundamental business courses in the first two semesters. From the third semester onward, they will begin taking specialized courses.
